Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation Your session will be confirmed once the booking is completed and payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details and a short pre-call form to help us prepare effectively. 2. Session Fee & Value The fee for this Strategy Call covers the full consulting session. It is not a deposit. During this 60-minute call, you will receive expert insights, strategic guidance, and a tailored discussion of your business objectives in South Korea. This session is a stand-alone service and includes actionable advice, regardless of whether you proceed with a full consulting package. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances (to be reviewed case-by-case). 4. No-Show Policy If you do not attend the scheduled call without notice, your session will be marked as a “no-show” and the fee will not be refunded. 5. Preparation To ensure a productive call, please complete the pre-session questionnaire at least 12 hours in advance. This enables us to tailor the discussion to your needs. 6. Confidentiality All information shared will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without written consent. 7. Post-Session Deliverables Within 72 business hours, you will receive: A summary of the key insights and recommendations discussed A personalized proposal if ongoing consulting or services are appropriate
